Roswell, Georgia - Clarence Kenn came home yesterday to find his back widow broken. Someone was in his house taking a shower.
Kenn knocks on the door and asks "What are you doing?"
"My name is Travis and I'm taking a shower", was the reply from inside Kenn's bathroom.
Kenn grabs his two dogs and calls the police. A SWAT team arrived and forced the man, later identified as Aaron Dean Lutterbie (30), out of the bathroom.
As Lutterbie was being taken into custody he stated that he was the Duke of Germany and had every right to be in this house.
Kenn's wife, Kaye came home from work during the excitement and the commotion. She claims the man went through her closet. Nothing was stolen. It seems the "Duke" only broke into the house to take a shower.
Lutterbie, "the Duke" is in custody at a Fulton County Jail. He is also going through mental evaluations.
At this point his only crime is trespassing.
