Dulce De Leche: What is It?

This next article is a food article that is kind of similar to Dulce de Coco but the ingredients are very different. The next candy I would like to write about is called Dulce de Leche or Milk Candy and it's very sweet and full of milk flavor. In this article I will explain what Dulce de Leche is and what it is made out of.

Dulce de Leche is basically Milk Candy, but the way it's made the taste is very tasteful. Dulce de Leche is made in the shape of rolls or very small rolls and in a lot of parts of Mexico it's sold in six-inch rolls. I usually buy fresh Dulce de Leche in San Juan de Los Lagos in Jalisco, Mexico. The color of this delicious milk candy is the color of brown, and when you bite into it is very smooth and soothing to your taste buds. The taste is hard to explain, because this candy is all natural and the taste is so sweet and delightful for all you candy lovers out there.

The ingredients in Dulce de Leche as far as I know are a couple which is milk and lot of white sugar. But, there are other ingredients that are kept as secrets from consumers for the envy of going out of business. I would suggest you not try to make Dulce de Leche, because me and my mom tried to make Dulce de Leche a few days a go and we ruined the whole mixture on the stove. I would suggest you consumers out there to buy it instead of making it, because it's so much easier to buy it. The Dulce de Leche that is made in the U.S. is in a syrup form, but the kind they make in Mexico is in the form of a chewy soft bar like candy with pecans on it sometimes. For some reason every time I go on vacation to Mexico I forget to buy any Dulce De Leche, and the reason for that is because I'm so busy having fun that I forget to buy any, because it's really inexpensive.
