Dumaluan Beach

White-Sand Paradise in the Philippines

Elise Easterbrook
The island of Bohol, Philippines has many things to offer families looking for a place to spend their vacation. The home of the Philippine Tarsier and the breathtaking Chocolate Hills, it is also blessed with spectacular beaches. Less than a half hour trip from the capital, Dumaluan is a family oriented beach resort located at the southern tip of Panglao Island.

The resort with its long stretch of powdery white sand lined with tropical palms, remain virtually unexploited. The sound of the waves gently touching the shore add to the feeling of peace and tranquility. With its shallow warm water, it is ideal for children to safely frolic in. Children of ages can have endless fun in building sandcastles or by simply picking up seashells washed to the shore.

Water sports such as Jetskis, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Banana boats and even Parasailing offer different levels to enjoy the waves. You can rent equipment at the Dive shop for your snorkeling and scuba diving activities. The diverse aquatic life can be clearly seen through crystal clear waters. Boats can even take you out to watch for whales and dolphins promising an unforgettable encounter.

After a long day of enjoying the sea, you and your family have a choice of taking a dip in the swimming pool, jumping into the Jacuzzi or soothing your bodies at the Massage Clinic. Quaint furnished rooms and suites provide restful comfort after a long day of fun and exploration.

The different resort facilities make your stay not only pleasurable but convenient. The Bar and Restaurant serves an eclectic blend of local and international cuisine and a variety of refreshing tropical beverages. There is a Function Hall, Coffee shop, Souvenir shop and Game Room with Internet Access.

A stay at Dumaluan promises to be a fun-filled and relaxing experience. A home away from home, it is your own personal paradise. It is truly a magical place where happy family moments are turned into lifetime cherished memories.

Yung room ang daming ipis, yung shower sira, yung food hidi masarap, walang kwenta yung driver na mag tour sayo sa city, tanghali na yung boat man for dolphin watching, kung i rate ko cya 0zero as in Walang Kwenta and hindi mo irerecomend sa friends and family mo. This is for apple on Dumaluan beach resort: The place is nice but my perception is, the whole enterprise is a family affair, you know: relatives, neighbors w/a springkling of untrained staff helping out. If you're after the facilities then go, forget the service you'll b disappointed.
