DUMBO's Latest Residents

There are two new firms moving into DUMBO. The buildings at 55 Washington Street and 20 Jay Street are the lucky locations.

Andrea Mason Design, moving into the Jay Street location, and Rubber Band International, moving into Washington Street's building, are the two new companies on the block. The former is an architecture firm and the latter is a real estate management and development company. Seems like the perfect addition to the neighborhood.

Both buildings offer a great space for businesses. Jay Street's space runs about 1,393 square feet while the Washington Street space offers up 1,072.

The tenants of both buildings will enjoy various perks that come with the atmosphere of DUMBO and the buildings themselves including lobbies with touch-screen tenant directories, high ceilings, and fantastic views. The buildings also offer attended parking garages.
