DWTS 2010 Cast News: The Situation Larger Than Kim Kardashian, Bristol Palin Idolizes Kate Gosselin
Will the Situation and Bristol Palin Be the Two Most Hated Contestants?
US Magazine reports that Mike "The Situation" Sorentino thinks that he's "bigger than Kim Kardashian." Perhaps in stature, but definitely not in star power! A source told the magazine that the Jersey Shore star tried to cut a deal with them, but demanded half a mil up front. The source told them that they wouldn't give that much to Kim K, to which his manager replied 'The Situation is much larger than Kim Kardashian,' and everyone laughed.
Perhaps instead of being an exciting, fist pumping, humorous addition to the cast, he will be too full of himself and get voted off quickly. I hate it when reality show stars let fame get to their heads! I really was rooting for him, but if he thinks he's bigger than Kim Kardashian, he's got a warped sense of reality. I'm not so sure if I like this new found cockiness!
Bristol Palin is reported to be getting advice from none other than Octomom Kate Gosselin. Instead of calling up Nicole Scherzinger to get some advice on how to WIN Dancing with the Stars, I guess Bristol wanted to find out how to make everyone hate you and get voted off after five endless weeks of hate-blogging.
The New York Post reports "A Palin family insider said that Gosselin told Palin that the show is really a popularity contest and encouraged the 19-year-old to use her famous mom, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, to garner votes."
Um. I don't know if Kate Gosselin watches the news or not, but there are a lot of people out there who really don't care that much for Sarah Palin. Then again, Kate Gosselin isn't one to really appear to care about whether or not people like her.
Palin's dance partner (find out who he is by clicking here) is reported by some sources to be worried that Palin won't have enough dance practice in before the show debuts, whereas others say that he's "happy" with her progress.
Dancing with the Stars season 11 debuts on September 20th on ABC. You'd better believe that I will be keeping a close eye on the drama that unfolds this season.
