"DWTS" Semi Finals with J.R. Martinez, Rob Kardashian, and Ricki Lake - Season 13, Week 10

J.R. Martinez, Ricki Lake, and Rob Kardashian are the last three "stars" remaining on "Dancing with the Stars." As we enter week 10 this is the last chance to give each dance all that they have to give, or risk going home. That's right, week 10 is the finals and they each will dance one dance plus a freestyle dance . with lifts


Ricki Lake & Derek Hough - They danced the cha cha cha (27) and then the freestyle (27). I thought they deserved a better score, for such a technical routine. I have always been a huge Ricki Lake fan, I loved her in "Mrs. Winterbourne," and later when she began a talk show host she reset the standard for woman on television. Her dancing ability has been showing more and more. Much like Kirstie Alley she is a fan favorite and has dropped a lot of weight on the show. The judges agree that Ricki has natural dance ability, strong lines, and knows how to keep up with Derek. She looks so great and has remained at the top of the judges leader board.

Rob Kardashian & Cheryl Burke - Danced the waltz with grace (27), then got all 10s for their freestyle (30). Rob has certainly learned to dance through his experience, he has grown from boy to man. He has a lot of natural dance ability and Cheryl has helped him develop his skills, strength, and immensely. He has come a long way and worked very hard to make it to the finals.

J.R. Martinez & Karina Smirnoff - The cha cha cha (24) and then an amazing freestyle dance (30) that was the best dance of the night. J.R. is a war veteran and is working with a sprained ankle, but that hasn't stopped him from being a front-runner in this competition. I have to say he seems to have the most dance ability, more than Ricki or Rob. At the same time, his scores during the injury have plagued him for two weeks, and this may effect his chances. No one can deny that he and Karina had the most technical routine of all with their freestyle dance and they were able to raise the score and get three perfect scores from the judges.

Fans love freestyle dances as they allow lifts and they can change the dance throughout the routine. Also we get to see more energy and more difficult routines.

FINAL SCORES:

#1: Rob and Cheryl with 57 out of 60.
#2: J.R. and Ricki tied for 2nd place with 54 out of 60.

Votes make up half of the score, so it's now time to vote!!
