Dylan Bruce Will Play Chris Hughes on As the World Turns
Let's take a look back to January 2005, shall we? Soon after Dr. Chris Hughes and Alison Stewart broke up at the altar, Chris announced to everyone that he would be leaving Okadale to take on a new job at a Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Of course everyone was happy for Chris, but they were sad when they had to tell him goodbye. Before Dr. Chris Hughes left Oakdale to pursue his new job at the Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, his grandmother, Nancy gave him something special to take with him: his grandfather's watch.
27-year-old Dylan Bruce, from Vancouver, British Columbia, is certainly no stranger to television. He will be joining As the World Turns with quite a few television credits under his belt. In 2005, Dylan played the role of Martin Kail on 24: Conspiracy, he made two appearances on NBC's Passions as Edna's dream guy, and he portrayed a waiter in an episode of Joey. Dylan Bruce's other television credits include The Sopranos (2006), Breaking Up With Shannen Doherty (2006), Las Vegas (2007) and finally, CSI: NY (2007).
Will Dr. Chris Hughes and Alison Stewart get back together, or now that Hal's gone, will Chris attempt to rekindle his relationship with Emily Stewart, Alison's sister? Rumor has it that Dr. Chris Hughes and Emily Stewart will bump into each other and share drink while they reminisce on old times, so it may be the latter.
