Earn Extra Income for Transporting Children to Daycare Centers

Parents go through the hassle of dropping off their children at daycare centers just before work every day. Then after work, they have to hurry again before the daycare's closing time. It would be a huge relief if someone reliable could do it for them. So why don't you put an end to their everyday trouble?

This job has many added advantages to it. Think about the bond you will be able to make with the children as you travel with them daily. You will get to see them smile at you whenever they see you, and that is a priceless gift. You will also be doing a social service by helping busy parents get a burden off their shoulder. To top it all, you will be making money out of it. What's there not to like about this business?

Most of the parents in question are usually late to work because of their time constraint. Your job will be to do the parent's work - take the child or children with you and travel to the daycare center every day. You can charge a reasonable price on a daily basis and the parents will be happy to pay you for your services because of the aforementioned reasons.

Of course, in such a business you will need a complete background check to present yourself as a trustworthy and honest person. Without this, you will find it hard to find even one parent who will let you take their child with you. Having a complete copy of your driving record is very essential as well. This will increase your chances of getting accepted for a job. Finally, it would be a good idea to have a backup vehicle with you. Parents will start panicking if they hear that one day your vehicle has broken down and you can't make it.

Make sure your vehicle is able to carry the number of children you intend to take to a daycare center every day; there has to be enough seat belts to ensure safety for all the children. Also, having a full coverage for your vehicle is a must. Parents will trust you more easily if they see that you are perfectly equipped for the job.

So you are ready to start. But you need advertising too. Creating leaflets is the most common and efficient way to catch attention of potential customers of your services. Post these leaflets in local daycare centers and perhaps the library too. You might also think about putting up an ad in the local newspaper.

If you can gain the trust of several parents, you are well on your way to having a very lucrative and steady business.
