Post a CommentBrilliant. One of the best poems I've read on AC. The last line is stunning.
Terrific - I was just thinking today that it is said that for many earth day is one day or not even one they are aware of. When I see people throwing things on the ground I cringe. I do tell people who put out their cigarettes on the ground (I have seen a couple of people in my lifetime pick them up) that it takes 30 years (I forget exactly because the cigarette decomposes in different stages) for it to "go away."
cool poem brother.
