Cut out fizzy and carbonated drinks, they introduce air into your system and give you stomach a bloated appearance.

Caffeine is also a culprit as it is notorious for giving people trapped wind and water retention.

FOOD

Eat plenty of fibre; this is an essential part of the health of your stomach. Lack of fibre will cause bloating and constipation. Also make sure you eat regularly, people tend to overeat if they have skipped a meal, you also eat more quickly which causes indigestion and bloating.

INTOLERANCE.

One of the most common food groups to cause bloating and swelling is wheat. I cut out wheat from my diet and I went down a jeans size without even trying! Get your allergies and intolerances checked.

GINGER.

Said to speed up the metabolism by 20%, it also cures indigestion, nausea, heartburn, trapped wind, water retention and also acts as an anti inflammatory.

GUM

Stop chewing gum, this introduces air into your system and cause bloating.

CHEAT!

There's no shame in it! There are o many different kinds of electronic belts available that will help work your stomach muscles whilst you go about your business. You will obviously need a calorie-controlled diet, but just 30 minutes a day with an ab belt will give you a real boost!
