2 Cups Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions for Easiest Ever English Toffee Pieces

1
Preheat oven to 350F.
2
Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray. Place the crackers in a single layer on the foil, as close together and as neatly as possible.
3
Combine butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
4
Pour the sugar mixture over the crackers and spread evenly onto the entire pan. Place in the oven and bake for five minutes.
5
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. As the chips melt, spread them over the toffee. Sprinkle with nuts and allow to cool completely.

Once the toffee is cool, break it into smaller pieces and store in a lidded container.
Tip
To cool the toffee more quickly, pop it into the fridge or freezer.
