All you need is 2 cups of low-fat cottage cheese, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and 1 (1 2/3-oz) package of dehydrated onion soup mix!
Simply place the cottage cheese and lemon juice in the blender and blend them up until nice and smooth. Add the soup mix and blend well. It yields two cups, so feel free to double that recipe to serve more. Goes great with crackers and chips!
