Ambrosia Jefferson
The land of 10 thousand lakes has probably near around that many things you can do for Easter as well. A time for fun and games, friends and family. The first event that I found that looks like fun is the historical fashioned Victorian Easter Egg Roll, in Shakopee. The people at this historical site are offering some great things to do including, an egg and spoon race, bunny hop relay and of course the authentic egg roll. They will also have refreshments, and a guided tour of Eagle Creek. The event goes from 12pm - 3pm on April 11th, reservations are REQUIRED, and admission is $7.00. Children 2 years and under are free. Please check The Landing website for more information,

Do your kids like to hunt those eggs? Well I sure hope they do, you can head on out to Pinehaven Farm, in Wyoming, MN for their 10th Annual! They will be having two days of egg hunts April 6th and April 7th from 10am - 3pm on both days. They have a $6.50 fee for children and $4.00 for adults. Not only will they be offering the egg hunt, but a trolley ride and pedal tractors for the kids. For more information on their event, please check the website

Finally if your up north or looking for a little trip to take up to the North shore, Lake Superior Zoo is having an Easter egg hunt! Head over April 7th from 10am - 1pm and meet with the Easter bunny. Kids will also be able to play with the animals, have special Easter baskets and hunt for eggs. Admissions will apply please check the Zoo website for more information,http://www.threeriversparkdistrict.org/ .http://www.pinehavenfarm.com/easter.htm .http://www.lszoo.org/ .
