Easter in Houston, Texas: Breakfast, Brunch & Bunnies

As Easter 2009 approaches friends and family are planning their Easter celebrations that may just include travel to Houston, Texas, and Houston is simply wild about Easter. Begin your Easter celebrations in Houston with a wild time at either the Katy Mills Mall or Galveston location Rainforest Cafe. Cha Cha will be hosting an "Egg-Cellent Easter Adventure on April 4, 2009 8:00am-10:00am. Easter activities include an "knee high" breakfast buffet, coloring contest, Easter Egg Hunt, free goodie bags for the kids, free Easter Basket Raffle, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Reservations are required. Ticket prices are: Children 13 and up/adults $10.99; Ages 4-12 $7.99; and children 3 and under are free.

Another wild Easter adventure begins at the Houston Zoo.

Join our Wild Life adventure at the Houston Zoo which is hosting a Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on April 11, 2009 9am-10:30 am. Not only do you get an opportunity to visit the many acres of wildlife adventure that the Houston Zoo offers, but guests will also enjoy a hot breakfast buffet and a visit and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Animal keepers will be on hand with some of the zoo's cutest and furriest creatures, including bunnies.

Reservations are required. The event is non-refundable, and occurs rain or shine. Ticket prices are: Zoo Members: $19.00/ adults; $14.50/children ages 2-12; Non Zoo Members: $23.00/adults and $18.50 for children ages 2-12. Children under 2 are free.
