Traditionally made with red wine, this White wine version is a light and delicious alternative for warmer weather. Plan on starting the Sangria, and storing in the refrigerator, 4 days in advance of the event.

(4) .75 liter bottles Chardonnay
.75 liter bottle Vodka
2 lbs. Tangerines, juiced and strained
2 lbs. Grapefruit, juiced and strained
2 lbs. Oranges, juiced and strained
2 liters Lemon-Lime Soda

Cut fruit in half and juice through a strainer into a large beverage cooler (at least 5 gallons) with a screw-off lid and a spigot at the bottom.2
Place spent Tangerine halves in the cooler, ensuring that there are no seeds.3
Pour wine, Vodka, and soda into the cooler and mix.4
Place Cooler in refrigerator for 4 days.5
Serve over ice. Garnish with Cirtrus slices and mint. Sangria can be left out with a zip-top bag full of ice placed inside the cooler.Tip
Straining the fruit juice is very important, pulp and seeds can block the spigot.
