Easter Sunday... What to make, What to do cheap easy and always share with each year that passes family to family.

A favorite with our family Of course is the bunny cake This is something fun for the kids to help with.

Box of White cake Mix
White Frosting
Bag of coconut
Food coloring
White and pink card stock paper
two Brown M&M's
1 piece of pink candy for nose
And whiskers can be made from Black card stock paper

Bake two round cakes
cool & when cooled cut one round in half stand them next to each other with the cut side flat on the platter
use a few dabs of frosting to hold them together
Take the other round cake and just cut off the edges use your own judgment for the size will be that for the bunny head and you can use a wooden skew or tooth picks to place it on the body, anyways the head will be placed on the body the way you laid the body out. Frost the bunny body, take coconut place in a zip lock bag and put a couple drops of food coloring in the bag "color is what ever you like" shake the bag to color the coconut sprinkle the coconut all over the frosted bunny
Now make two ears from card stock, stick into bunny head, put eyes , nose and whisker's in place
Place on a try with easter grass then sprinkle jelly beans around the tray.

Kids love this sweet treat and you spend time with the kids.
