Easter is coming
And I can't wait
I'm scanning the calendar
For the exact date

It's always on a Sunday
That we all know
It has been that way
Since a long time ago
Coloring the eggs
Is so much fun
But there's always a mess
When you get done
The eggs are hidden
All over the place
The kids are hunting
They start to race
They all get baskets
Filled with treats
And of course
There's always Peeps
Sitting down for dinner
It looks like a feast
I am so lucky
To say the least
The best part
We can all agree
Is spending time
With our family

i agree with RC. we should remember the victory of the first Easter, when Jesus has risen and reign. it's up to us how we will respond, should we accept the reigning King or not.
