Glazed Smoked Ham: In my household, Ham has always been a staple of Eastern Dinner. The ham was have a sweet, yet smoked taste to it. When my family cooked the ham, they put pineapple on top of the ham while cooking to give it a sweet taste.

Bourbon Beef Tenderloin: Here's an Easter meal that you can gut on the grill. All you need is to marinate the beef like you do in the past. The difference is that you'll add bourbon to beef to make it tenderer.
Collard Greens: Collard greens have been a staple in my family holiday meals. These green made a great complement to any meal we serve.
Macaroni and Cheese: This dish has been used for Ham, Chicken and other seasonal meals that was been cooked in my house.
Sweet Potatoes: My family has served this vegetable for many holiday events. All we cook them until they are easy to cut and serve them up for dining. They also make a great dessert pie or cake.
Easter Bunny Cake: The perfect way to end your Easter dinner. This cake can be made in the shape of the Easter bunny, or it can be made of the colors of Easter. It's the one meal your kids want to make with you.
