2 Cups Baking Mix ( I use Bisquick Reduced Fat)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Oil
2 Eggs or Egg Substitue
1/4 Cup Grated American Cheese
1 Cup Blueberries, Raspberries, or Cherries
4 slices or 1/4 Cup Crumbled Bacon or Sausage, or Cubed Ham

Preheat oven to 4252
Spray a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 inch pan with Pam3
Put liquid ingredients and cheese in a medium bowl.4
Whisk in Baking Mix and sugar.6
Bake in preheated oven for 14 to 16 minutes, until pale golden brown.Tip
By baking the pancakes, they are all ready at the same time. We use whatever fruit from our yard that is in season, or that we have frozen. Almost any fruit will be delicious.
