At Last All the Pancakes Are Ready at the Same Time

A quick easy recipe for pancakes that can have various fruits or meat added. Using egg substitute and reduced fat Bisquick, the pancakes can be healthier.

Ingredients

Serves 6
2 Cups Baking Mix ( I use Bisquick Reduced Fat)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Oil
2 Eggs or Egg Substitue
1/4 Cup Grated American Cheese
1 Cup Blueberries, Raspberries, or Cherries
4 slices or 1/4 Cup Crumbled Bacon or Sausage, or Cubed Ham

Directions for Easy Adaptable Oven Pancake Recipe

Preheat oven to 425

Spray a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 inch pan with Pam

Put liquid ingredients and cheese in a medium bowl.

Whisk in Baking Mix and sugar.

Pour into greased pan and sprinkle with fruit and meat.

Bake in preheated oven for 14 to 16 minutes, until pale golden brown.

Cut and serve. if you flip the pancake it will have a more golden color. If you can't eat it right away, cool the pieces and refrigerate. They can be heated in a microwave later.
Tip
By baking the pancakes, they are all ready at the same time. We use whatever fruit from our yard that is in season, or that we have frozen. Almost any fruit will be delicious.
