1/2C Vegetable oil
2/3C Sugar
2 Eggs
2C All purpose flour
3 Medium Ripe bananas
1tsp Baking soda
1tsp Milk
1tsp Salt
1 1/2tsp Cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2C Walnuts (optional)
1/4C Chopped dates (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one 7x3 inch loaf pan.2
Mash bananas, mix oil, sugar and cream in the eggs one at a time. Add milk flour and the rest of the dried ingredients. Mix well.3
Pour into greased and floured pan and bake for about an hour.Tip
Mashing bananas with a pastry blender works well. Also, although you can generally get by without preheating the oven, this bread cooks best when preheated.
