I have discovered ways to make the cooking process of a camping trip faster and easier. Aluminum foil has become my best friend. I always make sure to take plenty of it on camping trips. Below is recipes that are delicious and wholesome meals cooked right on the grill or the coals of you fire.
1)Corn on the Cob
Ears of corn (whatever amount you need)
Butter
Salt
Aluminum foil
Lay each ear of corn in an individual piece of foil large enough to wrap the corn securely. Before wrapping put some butter on the ear of corn and salt the corn then wrap. After the corn is securely wrapped just lay in the hot coals of grill. Use tongs to turn the corn about every 5 minutes or so. After around 15-20 minutes the corn is nice and tender and ready to eat. Enjoy
2) Hillbilly Breakfast
1 bag shredded hash brown
6 eggs
1 lb sausage or ham, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
Salt and pepper
Take an aluminum foil cooking bag sprayed with pam, sprinkle with salt and put some pats of butter in the foil bag. Open a bag of hash browns, beat eggs, chop onions, pour all ingredients into the bag of hash browns, and mix by squeezing. Then pour into aluminum foil cooking bag and put on hot coals turning every so often the bag will puff open so u can poke a hole to check the meal.
2)Potatoes Au-campfire
Sliced potatoes
Diced onion
Salt and Pepper
Butter
Put potatoes on aluminum foil onions on top. Add some butter and salt and pepper. Wrap the foil around the vegetables and put on hot coals turning occasionally. In about 20 minutes enjoy some delicious potatoes.
3)Barbequed Campfire Pork chops
Pork Chops
Barbeque Sauce
Salt and pepper
Lay chops on foil salt and pepper the chops then pour barbeque sauce over the chops. Turn chops to coat other side. Wrap in the foil and put on the hot coals. Turn around every fifteen minutes. In about 30-45 minutes you have delicious pork chops with out the mess.
4)S'mores
The most loved campfire dish is very easy to make
Hershey bars
Marshmallows
Graham crackers
Simply lay a Hershey bar on a graham cracker, roast a couple marshmallows lay on top the Hershey bar and place another graham cracker on top. That's all. Enjoy!
Other ways I have found to make meal time easier for cookouts is to prepare everything ahead of time that can be. If you will be cooking fresh hamburgers it is easiest to have this already made into patties and wrapped good as to not get water in them from your cooler. Have your tomatoes, onions, lettuce and other items like this sliced and in containers in the cooler so you just have to take them out when needed.
Also when camping there are animals all around make sure to put up every piece of food so you do not wake up with a raccoon staring at you or find a bird has ate all your bread. Put you cooler in the shade to keep the ice longer.
I hope you enjoy these recipes and have a great camping trip with some extra time for fun in the sun.

Good tips. Your food recipes sound yummy, especially the corn on the cob. I love good sweet corn, buttered of course.
