These sweet little rolls are sure to please every sweet tooth! The best part? You use the microwave for the cooking!
What You Need:
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 (3oz) package regular
1 pkg vanilla pudding
1/3 cup chopped nuts
12 frozen rolls (we like Pillsbury)
What You Do:
Combine butter and brown sugar and microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir in your pudding mix. Grease bottom and sides of pyrex dish (8in). Sprinkle in the nuts. Arrange rolls in dish. Pour mixture over, and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on DEFROST 7-8 minutes. Let your goodies stand about 15-20 minutes, then cook on 50% power for 6-7 minutes. Allow to cool a bit before serving. Yields 12 delectable rolls!
