2 packages Cream Cheese
1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar
2 Eggs
10-15 Graham crackers, crushed
3 Tablespoon Margarine or butter
A few squirts Non-stick spray

Make the crust
Preheat Oven to 350.Spray a metal or glass pie pan with non-stick spray.Mix the melted margarine, 3 tablespoons of sugar and the graham crackers and spread to cover the bottom of the pan. A glass pan requires 15 square graham crackers; a metal pan only uses 10.2
Make the filling
Microwave the cream cheese until soft.Add beaten eggs and 1/2 cup of sugar.Stir very well until almost all lumps are out. This is the great part about this cheesecake recipe; there is no need to use a mixer.Pour into pie shell.3
Bake the cheesecake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, but you need to watch it closely for burning. It may be necessary to turn it down a little.
