Easy Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This recipe is perfect for a potluck or family gathering. Make it at least a day ahead so that the graham crackers have the perfect texture.

Serves 10
1 Box Graham Crackers
2 Small Packages Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 Cups Milk
8 Ounce Tub Whipped Topping
1 Container Chocolate Frosting

Directions for Easy Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Combine pudding with milk, stirring well. Fold in whipped topping.

Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Repeat with a second layer of crackers and the remaining pudding. Cover the pudding with a third layer of graham crackers.

Heat chocolate frosting slightly by placing in a pan of hot water for five minutes or removing the lid and foil seal and microwaving for 30 seconds. Spread over the top layer of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice into squares to serve.
