Easy Cinnamon Roll Recipe

Some of the Best I Have Ever Tasted--and EASY to Make!

For 20 rolls

Mix well:

ΒΌ c sugar

2 T yeast

1 T glutton (optional)

Add:

2 C warm milk (for softer dough)

Let sit for 5 minutes, and then add:

2 T Canola oil

1 t Salt

2 eggs

5 cups of flour

Knead until soft and manageable: (20 minutes)Let rise, punch it down

Roll out the dough--should be half an inch thick across. Layer with plenty of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll carefully and cut--placing the rolls in an ungreased pan. Don't let rise too long.

12-15 min. @ 350 (degrees Fahrenheit)

Let cool slightly, and frost with a simple powdered sugar frosting (usually on the package of powdered sugar)
