Easy Crock Pot Beef Stew

A Quick Easy Recipe for Those Cold Winter Days

Beef Stew

1 lb stew beef
1 cup frozen peas
2-3 carrots, sliced
1 large potato, cubed with peel on
1 med. tomato, pureed
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 cup water
2-3 beef bullion cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 4-5 qt slow cooker, mixing well, and cook on low for 8hrs.
If you're in a hurry, you can turn it on high for 4 hrs. Ostensibly, this serves 4 but since its so good, you may want to double it as folks usually want seconds.
