2 lb minced meat (preferably lamb meat and contains at least %30 percent fat)
2 onions (without skin)
5 cloves of garlic (without skin)
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon of ground red pepper (you can increase the amount of pepper if you want more chilly)
1 cup of olive oil
A pinch of salt
1 pita bread
A cup of yogurt
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon butter
First we put the ground red pepper in the olive oil and wait for an hour. Then chop the onions and garlic cloves into very small pieces. Take a bowl and put all ingredients into that. Knead the mixture for 10 minutes. Put the mixture into fridge and let it stay there for a day. Take out the mixture and make small patties. If you can cook these on a charcoal grill, it will be amazing; but if you don't have one, you can cook them in a pan. Make sure patties are cooked well-done. If you cook on a grill, you can let the fat drip on the pita. It will make the pita taste delicious.
For the sauce, put the butter into a bowl and heat it up till the butter melts. And then add tomato paste and some water. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Put the pita on the plate and then put the cooked patties on the patties. If you want you can put some sauce on that and yogurt as a side. You can also eat without sauce and yogurt. Enjoy it.
