2-3 tsp. of cornmeal
Small amount of warm water
Pour the cornmeal into a small, open container and add a little bit of warm water. Stir it together to make a paste.
Splash your face with warm water, if you are using a brush you should get it wet also.
Scoop the scrub onto your finger or brush. Using gentle circular motion rub the scrub over entire face. Don't press hard or pull on your skin. Always avoid your eye area. Rinse your face with warm water and then pat it dry with a soft towel.
You should discard any of the mixture that is unused. If you used a facial brush clean it with warm water and let it air dry.
