Homemade Christmas Photo Frame
Dad will love having a special homemade Christmas photo frame with a good family or kid's photo on it. He can bring it to the office to show his loved ones to the coworkers and friends, or he can just put it at the work place at home.
Craft Supplies:
1- Small Christmas wood ornaments
2- 1 special 5x7 family picture
3- 6x8 inches of cardboard or a cereal box
4- Craft knife of scissors
5- Magnet or ribbon
6- Acrylic paint of Christmas colors
7- Paint brush
Instructions:
1- Center the picture on the cardboard and trace it.
2- Paint the borders of the frame with the color of your choice.
3- Glue ornaments on the frame's border. (You can also add some glitter)
4- Leave an open space on top of the frame to write a special message for dad.
5- Glue the picture in place
6- Add ribbon or magnet to the back to hang.
Homemade Christmas Mug
Making a homemade Christmas mug for dad can be an entertaining and fun activity to do with your kids. Dad will love to receive a personalized mug on Christmas and especially if is filled it with your dad's favorite candy.
Craft Supplies:
1- 1 plain white mug.
2- Porcelain paint. (Christmas Colors)
3- Masking tape.
4- Paintbrush.
5- Magnet or ribbon.
6- Christmas shaped paper punch stickers.
Instructions:
1- Wash and dry the mug.
2- Place a strip of masking tape around the middle of the mug.
3- Apply the shapes where you want them. (Leave a space at the center for message)
4- Paint the mug, if using two colors let it dry between coats.
5- Remove the masking tape and shapes.
6- Personalize it writing a message or name at the center.
7- When finished you can add dad's favorite candies in a plastic bag with a ribbon inside the mug.
Homemade Christmas Hand or Foot Prints T-Shirt
It's like hugging or walking over dad every time he put on his homemade t-shirt. This is great craft idea that includes everyone at home including the little baby. This is an extremely easy homemade gift.
Craft Supplies:
1- 1 plain white heavy t-shirt.
2- Fabric paint. (Christmas Colors)
3- Every one at home, Kids, Mom, and the Baby.
Instructions:
1- Put the paint in a wide plate.
2- Step on the t-shirt or touch it with hands.
3- Write a Christmas message for Dad.
