Ingredients:
1 cup margarine or butter (2 sticks)
7 oz. marshmallow creme
18 oz. peanut butter (crunchy if you like nutty fudge)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectionary sugar
Directions:
1. Melt butter
2. Stir* in marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and vanilla.
3. Slowly add confectionary sugar to the mix.
4. Line cookie sheet with saran wrap and put peanut butter fudge on it.
5. Cover with saran wrap and roll with rolling pin to even out.
6. Chill apx. 2 hours.
7. Cut and serve. Enjoy!!
*Use electric mixer, it will be even easier and quicker to make.
