Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Beans
6 cups water
1 cup Soy Beans
6 cups water
Equipment:
Blender
Mesh filter
Instructions:
1) Soak soybeans overnight
2) Put the soybeans and soaking water into blender and blend
3) Boil the mixture for 30 minutes
4) Strain the mixture and refridgerate
Can be served hot as well as cold!
