3 Tbsp Butter or margarine
3 Room temperature eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Pinch Salt
1/4 Cup Powdered sugar
1/2 Medium Lemon

Preheat oven to 425 F. Place butter or margarine in a pie plate or oven safe skillet. Place in center rack of oven.2
Whisk or blend together eggs and milk in a medium bowl until creamy yellow. Stir in milk, flour, vanilla, sugar and salt. Blend until lumps are gone. Remove pie plate or skillet from the oven.
