To be more comfortable in the summer weather a person's long sleeve shirt and pants should be loose fitting and made of light material. Also avoid direct sun light contact. When outdoors stay in the shade.

Keeping skin from drying out is important for maintaining young looking healthy skin. Therefore it is important to moisturize skin daily. So everyday after bathing one should rub moisturizing lotion on his or her skin. An expensive specialty brand lotion is not necessary to use. Many of the inexpensive in store brands such as the Vasoline or Aveno brands are of good quality. Moisturizing skin daily with lotion prevents scaling, cracking and winkling.
