Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe - Ready in 15 Minutes

The three ingredients you will need: (will make about 2 dozen peanut butter cookies)

1 cup - peanut butter - (creamy or crunchy depending on your personal preference, both work the same in this recipe)

1 cup - sugar - (you can use all white sugar, or you can use a mixture of white and brown, as long as it equals one cup total sugar)

1 egg - (any size egg will work, medium or large is what I use)

In a large bowl, use a fork to mix all three ingredients together until well blended.

When the peanut butter cookie dough is fully mixed, take a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball in your hands. Place the peanut butter cookie dough ball on a baking sheet, then with a fork press down the ball so the cookie dough is about a quarter to a half inch thick. If you want fluffy cookies, then do not press down the peanut butter cookie dough ball with the fork. Leave the dough untouched and in a ball on the cookie sheet.

Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. If you prefer soft peanut butter cookies you will likely want to remove the cookie sheet from the oven closer to the 10 minute mark, and if you like crunchy peanut butter cookies then remove them from the oven closer to the 12 minute mark.

After you remove the peanut butter cookies from the oven, you will need to let them cool for about 3-5 minutes, as they will take a couple of minutes to set firmly.
