Ingredients
Serves 4
1 rack country-style ribs
1/2 C. ketchup
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
Directions for Easy Peasy Crockpot BBQ Ribs
1
Put rack of ribs in crock pot.2
Whisk together all other ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and add a little more of this or a pinch of that until it tastes like barbecue sauce. Dump over ribs.3
Set crock pot on low and let cook for 8-10 hours.Tip
Except for the rack of ribs, all ingredients are in estimated amounts. Be sure to taste and tweak those other ingredients in any way shape or form to fit your perfect ideal of heavenly BBQ sauce flavor. For a traditionally caramelized barbecue flavor, slice up your ribs after they've done their time in the crock pot, toss in some of the leftover BBQ sauce and set under the broiler for a few minutes, just before serving.

Post a CommentExcellent recipe! The only thing that I would change about it, is that I would add cayenne pepper. Of course in this house it goes on literally everything.
great work ♥
