2 cups of dried Pine Needles
4 tablespoons of dried Rosemary
1 dried and crushed Orange Peel
1 cup of tiny Pine Cones
½ cup of Bay Leaves
½ cup of dried Apple cubed
7 Drops of Cinnamon Oil
7 Drops of Peppermint Oil
Mix together the peppermint oil and cinnamon oil. Mix the dry ingredients a glass bowl. Add the mixed oil to the dry ingredients and toss gently. Put the potpourri in an air tight container and let it set up for about two weeks shaking it daily. Store the container in a cool and dry place.
Now get several empty baby food jars . You will not need the lids. Buy some 5' red or green paper doily. You will need a rubber band for each jar . You will also need some ribbon. A bag of tiny pinecones. Fill the jars with your potpourii and cover the top with the doily . Hold the doily over the top of the jar and secure the doily with the rubber band. Cover the rubber band with some red or green ribbon . Using a low temperature glue gun adhere a small pine cone to the front of the jar.
