This is a very easy recipe! You'll need about 20 minutes for prep time, then you can forget about it!

Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and cut into 1" pieces
1/4 c. flour
6 c. milk
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon

Fry bacon in a skillet until crisp. Leave the grease in the skillet (you'll need it) and put the bacon into the crock pot.

Add the flour to your bacon grease. Stir until it is an evenly mixed paste. Over low heat, s-l-o-w-l-y add 2 cups of the milk, stirring constantly! Once mixed well pour this into the crock-pot. Add your remaining 4 cups of milk. Stir well and add all of your other ingredients.

Prep complete! Yay - that was quick and easy, right?

Cook in your crock-pot for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low and enjoy!

Presentation/finishing touch ideas: You can add a dollop of sour cream, some chopped parsley or chives, cheddar cheese, etc. Or you could set up a baked potato buffet for guests to add any of the above or anything else you can think of that you like on your baked potato!
