Easy Pumpkin Cheese Dip Recipe

A Great Way to Add Some Spice to Your Fall Party

Jennifer Bove
Nothing says fall like pumpkins. Just the smell of a pumpkin will bring me back to a day of jumping into a pile of leaves. Or getting ready to trick or treat, the anticipation of what treats I'm going to get driving me crazy. It also brings me back to huge family Thanksgiving dinners. Those were indeed the days. Bring back some memories with this easy pumpkin cheese dip recipe.

Easy Pumpkin Cheese Dip Recipe

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Beat everything together with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes 1-1/2 cups.

You can serve with any cracker, but it definitely is set off well with a darker cracker, like rye. You can spread the crackers around a festive fall plate, in a circle around the rim of the plate, then add a bowl of the dip into the middle.

Please discard any unused portions after 24 hours.
