Quick and Easy Bar-B-Que Chicken Packets

Delicious, succulent chicken breast tenders smothered in Bar-B-Que sauce gently baked with home-style potato fries and broccoli and cheese.

Makes 4 packets
12 chicken tenderloins
4 medium baking potatoes
4 cups of frozen broccoli pieces
4 cups of shredded cheese (I prefer Mozzarella)
4 12" long pieces of aluminum foil
1-12 oz Kraft Bar-B-Que
2 tbs. Season Salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Peel potatoes, slice in half long-ways, then lay each ½ on the flat side and slice long-ways again into wide fries.

Wash chicken tenders thoroughly and handle carefully. Chicken tenders should be frozen but either works.

Place one sheet of aluminum foil on your work area. Put 3 tenderloins in the center of foil. Generously cover the tenderloins with Bar-B-Que sauce then add one potato sliced into fries atop the chicken and Bar-B-Que sauce. Cover with 1 cup of broccoli and 1 cup of cheese. Sprinke ½ teaspoon season salt on the mix and you are done!!

Close the foil packet into a sealed tent. Place packs in a oven- safe baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Check the packets to be sure the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are soft. Times may vary. Be careful when you open the packets straight out of the oven, they are full of steam and HOT!!

Super easy to clean up too!!
