Easy, Succulent & Fast Tiramisu Dessert Recipe that Won't Sabotage Your Diet
You Won't Believe This Recipe Has Less Fat & Cholesterol Than the Original
Tiramisu Surprise
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
1 cup mascarpone
1/3 cup sugar
2 ½ tablespoons sugar
2 ½ teaspoons cocoa powder (not sweetened)
1 ¾ cup brewed espresso
22-26 crisp ladyfingers
Simple Directions:
1. In your food processor, blend the mascarpone, vanilla and almond extract, ricotta, milk, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Blend until the texture is very smooth.
2. In a dish of your choice, mix together the espresso and 2 ½ tablespoons of sugar. Mix until the mixture is fully dissolved.
3. Submerge all ladyfingers into the aqueous mixture inside the dish. Be sure to do this step in a neat manner.
4. Lightly sprinkle the cocoa powder over all contents inside the dish.
5. Cover the dish with saran wrap (or aluminum foil) and put inside the refrigerator for at least seven hours before serving.
