The Superbowl is a great excuse for a party. To many partygoers, it doesn't even matter which two teams are playing. Here are some easy Superbowl party recipes for your Superbowl party.

Easy Superbowl Party Recipes - Mushrooms with Salsa

Ingredients:

12 Large Mushrooms

12 Green Olives

5 Large Tomatoes

1/2 Onion

1/2 Green Pepper

1 Clove Garlic

1 Jalapeno Pepper

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

2 Ounces Tomato Sauce

Salt

Pepper

Directions:

Wash the mushrooms and remove stems from the mushrooms. Dice the tomatoes, green pepper, onion and garlic. Mix together all ingredients, except mushrooms and olives. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Top each with an olive.

Easy Superbowl Party Recipes - Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients:

16 Ounces Tomato Sauce

2 Tablespoons Horseradish

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

24 Large Shrimp, Cooked

Directions:

Mix together the tomato sauce, horseradish and lemon juice. Refrigerate for three to four hours. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and place shrimp around the rim of the bowl.

Easy Superbowl Party Recipes - Celery Sticks and Onion

Ingredients:

6 Celery Sticks

1 Cup Cottage Cheese

1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix

1/8 Teaspoon Oregano

Salt

Pepper

Directions:

Wash celery sticks and cut in half. Mix together cottage cheese, onion soup mix and spices. Spread mixture on celery sticks.

Easy Superbowl Party Recipes - Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

12 Ounces Cream Cheese

1/2 Cup Finely Diced Onion

1/4 Cup Finely Diced Green Pepper

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Mix together cheeses, onion and green pepper. Shape into one to two inch balls. Roll each ball in the chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for one hour. Add olive with toothpick to each ball. Serve with crackers.

Easy Superbowl Party Recipes - Avocado and Crackers

Ingredients:

2 Avocados

1/2 Medium Onion

1 Small Tomato

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Black Olives

Wheat Crackers

Directions:

Peel avocados. Cut up and discard pit. Process in food processor. Chop the onion and tomato finely. Add to the avocados and process in food processor for about two minutes. Add the lemon juice and mix well by hand. Spread on wheat crackers. Top each with an olive.

Easy Superbowl Party Recipes - Peanut Butter and Strawberry on Rye

Ingredients:

16 Ounces Fresh Peanuts

12 Medium Strawberries

12 Slices Cocktail Rye Bread

Process peanuts in food processor until smooth, about 5 minutes. If the mixture is too stiff, add a little water. Spread generously on bread. Top each with a strawberry.
