Easy Sweet Potato Casserole

This is the best sweet potato side dish that I've ever had! Not to mention that its very easy to make too. I have special request to make this every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas! It's so good it could almost replace the pumpkin pie. ( I did say almost! ) This makes enough for 10-12 people. So it's perfect for holiday get togethers.

Ingredients for Filling

2 lg.cans of sweet potatoes
1 cup of sugar
2 sticks of butter
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 can of Eagle Brand Milk
1 tsp. cinnnamon

Topping

2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup of flour
1 cup of flour
4 eggs
2 cups of chopped pecans
2 cups of coconut, opt
1tsp cinnamon

In a large bowl mix potatoes,sugar,margarine,eggs, vanilla,and milk;
sprinkle with cinnamon put in 13 x 9 glass pan. Mix together topping
ingredients and put on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake uncovered
or 30- 45 minutes or until topping is browned. bake on 350 degrees:
