1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon onion flakes
pinch dried rosemary
to taste croutons or cracker crumbs
2 oz shredded cheese
to taste garlic powder

Combine soup, water, pepper and onion flakes, rosemary and heat thoroughly. Add cracker crumbs or croutons, top with shredded cheese and garlic powder. Divide to eat one serving now and one for lunch tomorrow. Easy to reheat in microwave.Tip
Mix together, put in individual serving "heat and go" portable containers. You can also use onion powder instead of flakes. Additionally you can add small amounts of leftovers from vegetables.
