Here are some tips for getting rid of those circles underneath your eyes:

Tip# 1: Sleep

It seems obvious, but the best way to get rid of dark eyes circles can be found in one simple tip, and that's to get more sleep.

Get a good amount of sunlight each day and you'll get more melatonin in your system and sleep better (not to mention vitamin D which helps prevent cancer and has many other benefits).

More sleep= more time for your body to repair dark circles, just try and go to sleep at a decent time because sleep during dark hours is key.

Tip# 2: Cucumber slices

Cucumber has many beneficial vitamins and properties and this tip for dark eyes circles has been known for a long time.

It really does work, however, which is why it remains popular, so give it a try. The thicker the better for cucumber slices to place under eyes for 20 minutes or so at a time.

Tip#3: Diet

Don't be fooled, diet has a big effect on skin. Drug companies want to sell creams, medicines, etc., but a healthy, balanced diet will take care of problems such as dark eyes circles.

Drink plenty of water, purified water that is through a home reverse osmosis filter or bottled in the same way, and eat mostly vegetables and fruits and lean meats that are free range and weren't produced using hormones or antiobiotics and other irritants.

Tip# 4: Under eye cream

Use a cream that has retinol and vitamin K. Applying directly to the skin can allow it to be absorbed better than usual so this is a good way to bolster your diet and sleep regiments.

Utilize these tips and you'll find yourself solving the under-eye problem so many people deal with on a day-to-day basis.

You can also quit smoking and try to avoid irritating the skin in other ways if you want to avoid circles. Dark eyes circles can be tough but stick with it and you'll conquer them eventually.
