Easy Twin Holloween Costume Ideas

Costume Ideas for Twins, Triplets and More

Kathy Carr
Halloween is coming and many people are thinking of how they will dress up their kids for Trick or Treat. Parents of multiples have a unique opportunity to dress their twins or triplets in themed costumes. Here are some costume ideas for twins and triplets that can include older or younger siblings, too.

A farmer and his animals: A parent or older child can dress up as a farmer and any number of multiples - twins, triplets or more - can be the farm animals. You can even dress your twins as eggs in a basket if they are going to be riding in a stroller.

Thing One and Thing Two: I've seen these ready-made in stores, but making them on your own would be relatively simple. An older sibling could be the Cat in the Hat.

Jack and Jill: Boy/girl twins could be Jack and Jill - their "pail of water" could be used to collect the candy.

The Tin Man, Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion: Triplets could play these loveable characters from the Wizard of Oz. An older sibling could be Dorothy and a younger sibling could be Toto.

Mickey and Minnie: Boy/girl twins could be Mickey and Minnie Mouse. So cute!

Two Peas in a Pod: I've seen these for sale in stores - they are cute little pea pods that your little ones can wear so that their face looks like one of the peas in the pod. They are adorable and would be great for a chilly night because they look warm and cozy.

Dora and Diego: These two are so popular, it should be pretty easy to find costumes for your boy/girl twins to dress as Dora the Explorer and Diego.

A Pair of Dice: You could even make them be "Lucky 7!"

Ketchup and Mustard: Could there be anything cuter? Other siblings could be a hot dog and hamburger, too!

Milk and Cookies: Nothing goes better together, right?

Three Blind Mice: This one is perfect for triplets and an older sibling could be the Butcher's wife.

Little Bo Peep and her Lost Sheep: Dress up the older sister as Little Bo Peep and your twins or triplets can be the lost sheep.

Raggedy Ann and Andy: Imagine how cute your boy/girl twins would be looking like cute little rag dolls.

Salt and Pepper Shakers: Your little ones would steal the show in these cute costumes!

If you have twins or triplets, just try to think of famous characters or items that come in twos and threes. You might be surprised at how easy it is to come up with something unique and creative!
