Friend A: I understand you are on the look out for a house. What is the progress?
Friend B: I did see some houses. They don't satisfy my requirements. The locality is poor in one case. The price is very high in another. In the third case the neighborhood is not good. So I am in a fix.
Friend A: There is one house which will suit all your requirements except the price consideration. Why not you try that?
Friend B: Yes. I want to bring down the price. Have you any suggestion for that.
Friend A: Yes. You catch hold of half a dozen friends around the locality. Tell your interest in the house. Then devise a strategy. Spread a rumor that it is a haunted house. The price will come down.
Friend B: Yes. Bright idea. I will act immediately. Thanks. Once I occupy the ghost will leave the house fearing my presence.
