These foods are called free foods because you can eat as much as you want and will not have extreme calories consumed . Of course many of these foods are vegetables and fruits with hardly any meat or dairy products involved.

A shortened list of these free foods are : spinach, collards, mustard greens, kidney beans, navy beans, lettuce, kale, asparagus, eggplant, cucumber ,radishes, tomatoes, turnips, avocados, strawberries, pineapples, carrots, peppers are but a few.

These free foods are also power foods in that it adds more energy to your body and helps rid your body of many toxins that processed foods and artificial ingredients add. A few ideas of how to incorporate these items into your daily routine are to cut out dining at fast food restaurants, make a commitment contract for yourself or do one for the whole family to eat more free foods, and to try new recipes that involve these foods. You may be able to find recipes that will allow you to replace fatty meats for a particular free food. Such as using tofu in a stir fry instead of beef.
