After a late breakfast, I wasn't too hungry at lunch time. For lunch, I was directed to have a NutriSystem lunch entree, a salad with 2 Tbsp. of fat-free dressing, and one serving of dairy or protein. I opted to have a big salad or just iceberg lettuce and topped it with 1oz. of low-fat cheese. The NutriSystem Fudge Graham Bar sounded more like a dessert than a main meal, which is why I started with such a large salad. (Fortunately, with NutriSystem, you can eat as much lettuce as you want.)
Boy, was I right. The Fudge Graham Bar tasted just like s'mores, except without the marshmallow. Chocolate surrounds the graham and crispies on the inside of the bar. It's pretty big, too-- about the size of a normal Snickers bar. After my first bite, I wished I saved my dairy serving for a glass of milk instead of the cheese on my salad. This bar would be fantastic with a glass of milk to wash it down.
The Fudge Graham Bar is sweet and satisfying - especially for people with a sweet tooth. The consistency isn't gritty at all, and the graham flavor is fantastic. If you have an allergy to nuts, this bar is absolutely not for you. It is made with several different types of nut oils, including peanut oil. The ingredients and nutrition facts are below.
I really like the Fudge Graham Bar. I am very happy that i ordered three of them with my custom NutriSystem program. I will most definitely keep them on the list for my next shipment. I know that my mother and husband, who have also both signed up with NutriSystem, will really enjoy the Fudge Graham Bar as well.
