Mike, the owner, knows how to make a great pizza. He is also a nice guy who makes the dining experience enjoyable. I do not know him well, only from being a customer. My kids love eating here and ask us to bring them here frequently.
Everything we have eaten here has been very good. We have had pizza, mozzarella sticks, french fries and the perogies. We have had the pepperoni pizza, sausage and peppers pizza and the cheese pizza. These are the kid's favorites, well except for the peppers. They offer a much bigger selection on the menu including salads, calzones, strombolis, pasta dishes, hamburgers, cheesesteaks and more. They are reasonably priced, we usually pay about $12 for the large pizza depending on the toppings we get.
Another great thing about Rocco's is they do things for the community. There is a state program called Norwescap who helps families in need of assistance. Norwescap has a program during the summer for kids in need of lunch during the week and Rocco's had this set up in the back dining room for the kids this summer. Every Wednesday was pizza day. Mike has also had the Easter Bunny in for a visit with the kids. My girls had their picture taken with the Easter Bunny there.
If you are in the Phillipsburg area and looking for a great place to get pizza I highly recommend Rocco's Pizza. They are located at 360 South Main Street in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. This is based on my experiences as a customer in Rocco's Pizza, I am not affiliated with them.
