EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale Product Review
One Handy Kitchen Gadget
When the Precision Pro Kitchen Scale arrived in the mail I was surprised at how small the package was. I was used to big and bulky kitchen scales. This is a small sleek designed scale. It is perfect for my overcrowded counter top. I could see this being a great gift for a college student or someone living in an apartment. Any kitchen gadget that doesn't take up a lot of space is right up my alley.
The scale comes in several different finishes, but I chose the black and chrome to match the rest of my kitchen gadgets. They have finishes for everyone's liking. They include red, white, silver, and white chrome.
The batteries came included which is a great plus for me. Anyone with kids in the house will know a battery can never be found when you need one. All I had to do was pop open the back cover and insert the batteries. Another plus is no other assembly required.
The EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale has two buttons. One button to turn the scale on and off, and the other to select the measurement unit you want to use. They include grams, kilograms, ounces, and pounds. You can measure up to eleven pounds using this scale.
One feature I really like is the Tare option. This allows you to automatically return the scale to zero. This is handy for subtracting the weight of a plate or a bowl. You can also use this handy feature for measuring multiple items at one time.
The EatSmart Precision pro Kitchen Scale also will turn itself off automatically after three minutes. This also is a very handy feature. It is very easy to get side tracked and forget to shut things off. This will save you from constantly replacing the batteries.
The scale is very simple to use and will really come in handy for people hoping to start the new year off with healthier eating habits. You will be able to take control over the amount of foods you are eating at each meal. I have priced kitchen scales and they can be pretty pricey.
